Arts, Culture, and Language for Our Future

This 2-year continuous, inter-generational community arts and language program will build creative
skills, confidence and cultural pride for First Nations artists based in Kepa Kurl / Esperance, while
also creating opportunities to collaborate with other community members.  It includes three key focus areas : Activities for women and girls, activities for men and boys and language rejuvenation.

These projects are supported by the Australian Government's Indigenous Languages and Arts Program.

Language Program

Our programs include a focus on learning and sharing Wudjari Nyungar language. We are working together to develop resources that can be shared with the wider community.

​

The 50 Words project is a great starting point if you would like to learn some Wudjari Nyungar language. Click on 'Kepa Kurl Wudjari' at the bottom of Western Australia on the map.
