"For five decades, NAIDOC Week has celebrated the voices of our communities — steady, unapologetic, and proud. Each year, its themes have called for truth, celebrated culture, honoured resistance, and reminded the nation of who we are.
Fifty Years of Deadly marks a milestone. It’s a tribute to the people who built this movement. the Elders who stood firm, the organisers who made space, the artists who turned resistance into expression, and the communities who keep showing up, year after year.
NAIDOC has always been more than a week — it’s a platform, a protest, a celebration, and a statement of survival."
YOUTH BALL
Get ready to celebrate at the NAIDOC Youth Ball — a fun-filled night bringing young people together to celebrate culture. 🖤💛❤️
Join us for a fun evening of music, dancing, and great company in a safe and welcoming space created especially for our youth.
Dress up, bring your friends, and enjoy a night packed with good vibes, fun activities, and memorable moments as we celebrate the strength, pride, and future of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Come together for an afternoon of culture, connection, and community at the Esperance Football Oval.

Enjoy a free event with live music from the Nickels & Dimers, delicious bushfood and drinks, free workshops, and fun activities for all ages. Bring your family and friends along and be part of a welcoming community celebration filled with culture, laughter.

Join us at the Esperance Civic Centre on Friday, 27 June, from 6:00PM till late for an unforgettable evening of entertainment, celebration, and good vibes.Enjoy a night filled with live music, dancing, delicious 3 course meal, bar facilities, and plenty of laughs with special guest comedian Kevin Kropinyeri.

The Kepa Kurl Basketball Carnival has been postponed and will now be held on:

We're looking forward to bringing our community together for a great day of basketball, culture, and connection.

✅ Teams must include at least 50% First Nations players
💲 Team Registration: $100 per team
